奥斯汀大学职业中心 & 专业发展 welcomes employers to recruit candidates from a variety of college majors. Recruiters may pre-screen resumes prior to the interview date. The sign-up procedure for students is coordinated by the 职业中心 and individual rooms allow privacy during the interview. Although we allow third party recruiting, we require disclosure of the company and job descriptions prior to recruitment and/or interviewing.
It is up to the discretion of the 职业中心 staff to recommend to employers the most appropriate method to recruit students on campus. Circumstances and time may determine availability of facilities. A two to three week notice is necessary to schedule a campus visit.

Employers can collect resumes and hold informal interviews and advertise internships, part-time and full-time employment opportunities. And, while this isn’t slated as a Recruitment Event, our 职业准备检查日 held every fall and spring gives you the opportunity to meet students for a 15 minute practice interview to offer valuable feedback on their Career Readiness level. This is a full day event culminating in a Networking Reception where you can meet all students participating. There is no charge to you, the employer, for these events but we ask that you pre-register.
